Last June 2017, the median listing price was $515,000, which states that the market is dropping and houses are becoming cheaper. In June 2017 the median listing price per square foot was $256. This current increase states that real estate is becoming more valuable.

Realtor.com states that for Medford, Oregon, the current median listing price is $290,000. In January 2015 that median price was $219,000, January 2016 was $249,000, and January 2017 was $268,000. Over the past three years, the median listing price has consistently increased. This gives buyers a chance to negotiate for better pricing and deals.
